How it works
- 1Create a free account
Sign up with your email or your cell number. You confirm you're 18 or older and verify it with a link or a one-time code.
- 2Write your ad
Your city, a short friendly description and your WhatsApp. A photo is optional; only ever use photos of yourself.
- 3We review it
A real person checks every ad, usually within 24 hours. Your photo stays private until it's approved.
- 4Go live
Your ad runs for 30 days, and you can renew it free from your dashboard. Add a Verified badge or a Featured spot if you want more attention.
Safety comes first
- 18+ only: for advertisers and visitors.
- You advertise of your own free will. No one may control your ad or take your earnings against your wishes.
- We have zero tolerance for exploitation of minors and human trafficking. Anything suspicious is hidden at once and reported to the authorities.
- If someone is pressuring or controlling you, you can tell us in confidence, or call the National Human Trafficking Hotline on 0800 222 777 (free, 24/7).
Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing, editing and renewing are free. Featured placement is optional and paid (R79 for 7 days, R129 for 14 days, R199 for 30 days). We take no commission on anything between you and the people who contact you.
Who can see my phone number?
People who view your ad contact you through a WhatsApp button, and that button uses your number, so treat it as public. If you'd rather keep your personal number private, use a separate number just for your ad.
How long until my ad is live?
Usually within 24 hours. You can see its status any time under My ads in your dashboard.
What is the Verified badge?
A moderator checks a selfie and an ID document to confirm you're 18+ and that your photos are you. It's optional and builds trust. Your ID and selfie are permanently deleted as soon as the check is decided.
Can I change my mind?
Always. You can edit or delete any ad whenever you like, and you can delete your whole account and data from your dashboard.
What can't I post?
Anything involving someone under 18, explicit wording or images, requests for deposits or advance payments, or another person's photos or details. The full rules are on the Advertiser rules page.
