Report something

Report a suspicious or illegal ad with the Report link on the ad. Concerns about a minor, trafficking or coercion are acted on first, and the ad is hidden straight away. If someone is in danger, call SAPS on 10111 or 112 first.

Remove an ad or photo

Advertisers can delete or renew an ad from the dashboard, or from the private manage link if they posted as a guest. If your photos or details appear in an ad without your consent, email us with the ad link; valid requests are actioned within 24 hours. See Content Removal.

Account, privacy and data requests

Email from the address on your account to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information (POPIA). If you cannot sign in, tell us and we will confirm the request is from you first. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Featured placements and payments

Pay by EFT from your dashboard and use your order reference. Questions about an order: email us with the reference.

What we cannot do

We cannot give out an advertiser's personal details, settle disputes between advertisers and visitors, or recover money paid to someone. We are a directory only. Read the Safety Tips to avoid scams.
