Terms of Use

1. Who we are. Lustly ("we") operates an online advertising directory. We are a platform only: we are not an escort agency, employer, broker or party to any arrangement between users.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to access the site or post an ad. By entering you warrant that you are an adult, that viewing adult material is lawful where you live, and that you will keep minors away from this site.

3. Advertisers. Advertisers are independent adults. You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, for the accuracy of your information and for complying with all applicable South African laws, including the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act. We do not provide legal advice and make no statement on the legality of any activity you advertise.

4. Prohibited. Ads involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18; coercion, trafficking or third-party control; explicit sexual descriptions or imagery; stolen or non-consenting images; illegal drugs; weapons; scams, deposits or advance-fee requests; harassment or discrimination. We may remove any ad, and suspend or ban any account, at any time without notice or refund. A banned person may not create another account or use another person's to advertise.

5. No guarantee. Ads are not verified unless marked "Verified", and even then we do not guarantee identity, accuracy, safety or conduct. You deal with advertisers entirely at your own risk.

6. Payments. Featured placements and verification are paid for advertising space only. Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss, harm or damage arising from use of the site or any meeting arranged through it.
